2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Services must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All services are priced based on property size, service scope, and frequency.

  • Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees.

  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or other specified methods.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Vivid Lawn & Property LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage.

  • Clients must notify us of any underground utilities or obstacles before service.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather).

6. Use of Website & Content

  • The content on our website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal information.
